Advertising Operations Coordinator
<p>Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Advertising Operations Coordinator for a short-term freelance engagement. This fully remote role offers up to 20 hours per week, working in Eastern Standard Time (EST).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Assemble and deliver email promotions and newsletters in coordination with Sales and Editorial teams.</li><li>Maintain the advertising and editorial promotions calendar using Asana.</li><li>Collect advertising collateral from clients and launch campaigns.</li><li>Perform QA prior to campaign launch, including link testing and copyproofing.</li><li>Send tests to internal and external clients and secure approvals before campaign delivery.</li><li>Compile campaign results and present them to Account Executives in concise reports.</li><li>Provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, new ad products, formats, and regulations.</li><li>Create and maintain a knowledge base for the internal team on best practices and standard methodologies.</li><li>Support Sales team with campaign optimization for performance and delivery.</li><li>Troubleshoot ad serving errors and report discrepancies or broken creative.</li><li>Provide inventory and sell-through reports for direct and programmatic advertising opportunities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ad Manager, and social media paid campaigns.</li><li>Prior experience in ad operations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
