Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of financial management responsibilities, focused on the company's mission while maintaining robust fiscal health. Qualifications You'll Bring:<ul><li>CPA designation.</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and QuickBooks Online (QBO).</li><li>5+ years of experience leading financial teams in a growth-focused environment.</li><li>Hands-on payroll processing expertise.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools.</li><li>Experience working in franchise operations or multi-jurisdiction organizations is an asset but not required.</li><li>Deep understanding of federal and provincial financial and tax regulations.</li></ul>
