We are looking for an experienced IT Support Generalist to join our team in Milton, Ontario. In this role, you will handle a wide range of IT support tasks, from basic troubleshooting to advanced technical issues. This is a long-term contract position requiring on-site work three days a week. If you have a strong background in IT support and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive IT support across levels 1 to 3, addressing both hardware and software issues.<br>• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage and maintain IT devices effectively.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.<br>• Support users in navigating and utilizing Google Workspace applications efficiently.<br>• Ensure timely responses to help desk tickets and maintain accurate documentation.<br>• Configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment for end-users.<br>• Offer guidance and training to staff on technology best practices.<br>• Monitor and improve IT processes to enhance overall system efficiency.<br>• Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing user inquiries and concerns.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, including deskside support.<br>• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Google Workspace.<br>• Strong knowledge of hardware and software configurations.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Familiarity with device management and deployment strategies.<br>• Availability to work on-site three days a week in Milton, Ontario.
