I've been here about a year and a half and I think it's one of the biggest things that, you know, wakes me up in the morning and being like, I get to go have a good time and do what we need to do at the end of the day as recruiters. We generally feel like we have a work hard, play hard mentality. A culture that is pretty competitive, but in a healthy way. We have to work very collaboratively. I wouldn't be as good at my job without the support of my team. It could be that you have the right candidate. It really encourages collaboration. There's no islands that work in a team. Everybody has to work together. If I'm happy to see you, I come into an office and like, you can pick me up and I can pick you up, or the whole team brings that energy, there's nothing that's going to stop us. It is a pleasure to actually come to work and see just the different cultures that we have in the office, and just the different people, and different backgrounds. Got a real mix of generations, I would say. The diversity in the answers, and the diversity in approaches. You're with your peers through the highs and the lows, and that kind of creates a bond. We have monthly celebrations in the kitchen, and it's a great opportunity for everyone to kind of mingle and socialize. My very first year we actually did a boat cruise, which was really exciting. This year coming up, we've got the baseball game next week. Last weekend, I hosted a barbecue for everybody. It isn't always celebrating hitting an all time high or a target. For me, it's more about celebrating the effort. So we've been listed as Fortune's most admired company. We're number one in the staffing industry, and I think it's mainly because we live and breathe our values. People place value on culture. Work life balance and growth. And I think Robert Half really does touch on all three of those points. We work with great people. We have a great financial package and compensation plan. And not to mention we have a fun work environment. I've been in the business over 10 years and I don't ever wake up and feel like I don't want to go to work. Hearing someone scream or cheer on the end of the phone, that is an experience you can't put a dollar figure on. It's amazing. I'm almost getting emotional, right? Like, relax there, yeah, it's an awesome job.
