In this role, you will help create an organized, secure, and welcoming experience for candidates while ensuring testing activities run efficiently. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the daily activities of the test centre to help ensure exams begin on time and candidates have a smooth experience. • Welcome candidates, complete check-in procedures, confirm identification, and apply established testing rules consistently. • Observe exam sessions carefully and respond promptly to procedural questions or minor technical concerns during scheduled assessments. • Prepare, maintain, and inspect testing workstations, equipment, and materials to support reliable day-to-day operations. • Carry out accurate data entry, document handling, scanning, and file organization related to candidate records and testing administration. • Uphold site security standards and follow required compliance procedures to protect the integrity of the testing process. • Communicate clearly with candidates by email and in person, providing guidance and resolving inquiries with a service-focused approach. • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to update records, track information, and support routine administrative reporting as needed.
