Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-moving manufacturing environment in Manitoba. This position is well suited to someone who can coordinate competing priorities, communicate effectively, and handle confidential matters with sound judgment. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping leadership operations organized while contributing to smooth day-to-day administrative and people-focused processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities for senior leadership to ensure schedules run efficiently.</p><p>• Prepare clear correspondence, internal communications, and documents that reflect the organization’s high standards and values.</p><p>• Coordinate administrative activities, follow established office procedures, and maintain organized records and documentation.</p><p>• Support HR-related administration by assisting with internal processes, policy documentation, and executive-level coordination.</p><p>• Arrange travel, event logistics, and executive meetings, ensuring all details are handled accurately and on time.</p><p>• Act as a dependable point of contact for sensitive matters, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.</p><p>• Track action items, monitor deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects and leadership requests moving forward.</p><p>• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives, including situations involving complex scheduling across teams or regions.</p>
• At least 7 years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or a similarly fast-paced role.<br>• Strong background in office administration, administrative assistance, and established administrative procedures.<br>• Demonstrated ability to draft clear, effective written communications and interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.<br>• Proven skill in managing multiple priorities with accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to remain composed under pressure and take a practical, solutions-focused approach to challenges.<br>• High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential business or employee information.<br>• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is strongly preferred.<br>• Exposure to event coordination, executive project support, or organizations with complex operational structures would be considered an asset.
