Sr. Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a dynamic education organization. This contract opportunity is ideal for a highly organized individual who can manage competing priorities, maintain discretion, and keep executive operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will play a central role in coordinating schedules, communications, travel, and key meetings while contributing to an efficient administrative function.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage complex calendars for senior executives, arranging appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts with sound judgement.<br>• Coordinate business travel plans, prepare itineraries, and handle related logistics to ensure seamless executive movement.<br>• Prepare, review, and submit expense reports accurately and on time in accordance with organizational practices.<br>• Organize meetings, events, and executive sessions, including room bookings, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.<br>• Support advisory board and leadership meetings by assembling agendas, distributing documents, and tracking deliverables.<br>• Assist with the creation and formatting of presentation materials for board-level discussions and executive briefings.<br>• Handle administrative documentation through scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining well-organized records.<br>• Serve as a dependable point of contact for senior stakeholders, responding appropriately and prioritizing sensitive matters.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives or C-suite leaders.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience arranging travel and preparing accurate expense documentation.<br>• Strong capability in planning meetings and events with careful attention to detail.<br>• Confidence supporting advisory boards and preparing materials for board presentations.<br>• Proficiency with standard office administrative tasks, including document handling, scanning, and photocopying.<br>• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and discretion when working with confidential information.
