We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this role, you will analyze and refine departmental processes, ensuring they are documented and presented clearly. The successful candidate will collaborate across various teams to identify risks and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales order processing, customer service, finance, accounting, FP& A, and supply chain teams to thoroughly document departmental processes. • Prepare comprehensive presentations that consolidate and communicate process documentation effectively. • Analyze supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements. • Conduct risk assessments on current workflows and propose actionable solutions for process enhancement. • Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of process changes. • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to support process optimization and data analysis efforts. • Perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations. • Develop training materials and resources to support process changes and ensure team adoption. • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in newly optimized processes. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements to ensure long-term success.

• Demonstrated experience working across multiple functions, including finance, supply chain, and customer service. • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain and wholesale distribution operations. • Proficiency with CRM and ERP solutions to support process analysis and improvement. • Strong analytical skills, including experience conducting gap analyses and risk assessments. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with diverse teams. • Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues across various departments. • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar systems is considered an asset. • Proven ability to implement strategies that drive process efficiency and quality improvements.
