Web Content Manager
We are looking for a Web Content Manager to join a senior care organization in Toronto, Ontario on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will help shape and maintain a public-facing website by delivering high-quality content updates, supporting new page launches, and improving the overall digital experience for users. The position calls for a blend of technical web knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset to ensure the site remains accessible, engaging, and high performing.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage ongoing website updates, create new pages, and refresh existing sections to meet business and stakeholder needs.<br>• Coordinate digital work through project tracking tools, support quality assurance activities, and uphold web governance and brand standards across the site.<br>• Collaborate with external development partners on front-end and back-end website enhancements, integrations, and technical delivery.<br>• Oversee and support web environments across development, testing, staging, and production to help maintain stable site operations.<br>• Improve website performance by addressing page speed issues, troubleshooting content or functionality problems, and correcting broken links or media assets.<br>• Maintain and monitor integrations with connected digital platforms and business systems to support a seamless online experience.<br>• Contribute to the rollout of newly developed web pages and digital content intended to strengthen usability, accessibility, and conversion performance.
• 2-5 years of experience working with an enterprise content management system, with Sitecore experience considered a strong asset.<br>• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline such as digital media, web development, marketing, or a related field.<br>• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and apply analytical thinking to website improvements and digital decision-making.<br>• Hands-on experience in website design and user experience, gained in either an in-house or agency environment.<br>• Solid technical understanding of web content management, website development concepts, and digital best practices.<br>• Working knowledge of website architecture and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and technical partners.<br>• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices for public-facing digital experiences.<br>• Experience using enterprise digital asset management tools and related platforms, along with proficiency in Jira, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, SEO, and web content tools.
