Talent Development & Learning Administrator
We are looking for a Talent Development &amp; Learning Administrator to join a healthcare organization in Toronto, Ontario on a Contract basis. This position supports learning initiatives by coordinating training logistics, maintaining accurate development records, and helping deliver a smooth experience for employees and stakeholders. Working in a hybrid environment, the successful candidate will provide reliable administrative support to the Talent Development &amp; Learning team while contributing to key people and culture projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain learning records, update training documentation, monitor employee development activity, and prepare reports for the team as needed.<br>• Organize training sessions by sending invitations, confirming attendance, and coordinating schedules with internal participants and stakeholders.<br>• Arrange meeting spaces, catering, and audiovisual or technical requirements to ensure learning events run efficiently.<br>• Provide day-of support for training programs, including troubleshooting basic technical issues and assisting facilitators and attendees.<br>• Support the annual talent review process by managing calendars, preparing agendas, attending meetings, and capturing detailed notes.<br>• Compile discussion notes and organize information into clear, individualized follow-up packages for leadership and participants.<br>• Work closely with People &amp; Culture and other functional teams to coordinate meetings, communications, and project-related administrative activities.<br>• Assist with general administrative duties that support talent development programs, learning operations, and broader team priorities.
• College diploma or certificate in Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related field.<br>• At least 1 year of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or administrative support.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage course materials, training schedules, and learning documentation with accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with training delivery support, including e-learning content, courseware, and learning program administration.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally across teams.<br>• Comfortable using digital tools and providing basic technical support for virtual or in-person training sessions.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
