In this role, you will oversee vendor engagements, ensuring clear expectations and fostering transparency in project delivery. This position involves collaboration across multiple business units and stakeholders, with a focus on developing agile frameworks and driving successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: • Partner with vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and responsibilities. • Collaborate effectively with Product Owners and Business Analysts to gather requirements and refine project plans. • Facilitate quality assurance processes within business units to maintain high standards. • Provide detailed internal reporting and updates to steering committees. • Monitor vendor performance and establish clear expectations for deliverables. • Develop and implement agile frameworks to improve project workflows and adaptability. • Drive transparency and accountability across all stages of project execution. • Manage change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions within project scope. • Oversee budget processes and ensure financial compliance. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones efficiently.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management roles. • Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira and experience with agile methodologies. • Strong knowledge of Cisco and cloud technologies. • Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems. • Expertise in AB Testing and quality assurance processes. • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting. • Solid understanding of change management principles and practices. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across diverse teams.
