This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations.</li><li>Prepare and format communications including memos, emails, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Support Board and Committee operations including <strong>minute-taking, meeting preparation, and follow-up</strong>.</li><li>Manage information flow, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Maintain organized filing and document management systems.</li><li>Anticipate needs and proactively support the CEO in achieving strategic and operational priorities.</li></ul>
