We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to support tracking and reporting processes for large-scale distribution operations. You will play a vital part in ensuring data accuracy, visualization, and delivery tracking.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze and interpret data from distribution operations to identify trends and improve tracking processes.<br>• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and support decision-making.<br>• Utilize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proof of delivery processes are accurately tracked and documented.<br>• Implement data mining techniques to uncover patterns and insights within large datasets.<br>• Create detailed reports to support operational improvements and business strategies.<br>• Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous QA management practices.<br>• Work with APIs, such as Maps API, to enhance data integration and functionality.<br>• Support the team in managing 400 receivers and 4000 units for delivery confirmation.<br>• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize distribution workflows.

• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization.<br>• Proficiency in SQL and data mining techniques.<br>• Ability to create dashboards using tools like Microsoft and Informatica.<br>• Familiarity with APIs, including Maps API, for data integration.<br>• Strong QA management skills to ensure data accuracy and reliability.<br>• Solid understanding of reporting and documentation processes.<br>• Experience with large-scale operations and tracking systems.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
