<p>We are looking for a Cloud Systems Analyst to support cloud infrastructure and end-user computing initiatives for a hospitality-focused environment in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who combines strong cloud platform knowledge with hands-on experience in endpoint management, automation, identity services, and secure system operations. The successful candidate will help maintain scalable cloud-based services, improve operational processes, and contribute to stable day-to-day platform performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Monitor cloud-based services and endpoint environments to identify performance issues, track system health, and support timely incident response.</p><p>• Manage and support cloud-hosted desktop and endpoint environments to ensure reliable availability, efficient resource utilization, and consistent operational performance.</p><p>• Create and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft platform technologies to streamline provisioning, configuration, and ongoing operational support.</p><p>• Support endpoint lifecycle management activities including provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, patching, software deployment, and compliance management.</p><p>• Coordinate deployment activities across cloud-based environments while helping reduce service interruptions and improve service reliability.</p><p>• Maintain accurate configuration management practices to support consistency, traceability, and controlled technology changes.</p><p>• Work with security-focused standards and technical controls to help protect endpoints, cloud services, identity platforms, and operational assets.</p><p>• Use Atlassian Jira to document tasks, track technical issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.</p><p>• Support cloud platform improvements and assist with infrastructure, endpoint, and identity-related changes across Microsoft and cloud-based technologies.</p>

<p>• Hands-on experience supporting cloud-hosted desktop and endpoint technologies within enterprise environments.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and cloud-managed Windows endpoints.</p><p>• Practical knowledge of endpoint provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, device compliance, patch management, and lifecycle management processes.</p><p>• Experience supporting virtual desktop or cloud-based end-user computing environments, such as Amazon WorkSpaces, Windows 365, Citrix, AVD, or similar technologies.</p><p>• Experience coordinating deployments, software rollouts, and maintaining stable, well-documented operational processes.</p><p>• Understanding of identity and access management principles, including user provisioning, MFA, Conditional Access, and directory integration.</p><p>• Familiarity with security best practices related to endpoint management, cloud platforms, and access controls.</p><p>• Proficiency using ticketing and collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to support operational workflows and issue management.</p><p>• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, cloud-based collaboration tools, and enterprise productivity platforms.</p><p>• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud environments, including cloud administration, user management, or infrastructure support activities.</p>
