Bilingual Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to a director within the real estate and property industry. This contract position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and requires proficiency in administrative tasks, effective communication, and organizational skills. The role involves working closely with the director, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and respond to incoming emails and inquiries on behalf of the director, ensuring timely and thorough communication.<br>• Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize the director’s daily activities.<br>• Operate and maintain a ticketing system to track and address tasks efficiently.<br>• Provide customer service support, including handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry to support administrative processes.<br>• Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and communication.<br>• Work in the office two days per week to provide on-site support as required.<br>• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all communications and activities.
• Fluency in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a detail-oriented office environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and respectful manner.<br>• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships.<br>• Availability to work in the office two days per week as part of the contract requirements.
