Office Clerk
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, British Columbia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks and is ready to assist with general office duties. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Scan paper documents accurately and efficiently to ensure digital records are properly created.</p><p>• Handle shredding of sensitive documents in compliance with organizational policies.</p><p>• Organize and categorize files to maintain a neat and accessible workspace.</p><p>• Assist with general clerical tasks to support office operations.</p><p>• Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of documents securely.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while performing duties.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.</p><p>• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all documents handled</p>
• Previous experience in clerical or office support roles is an asset.<br>• Ability to operate scanning equipment and shredders with ease.<br>• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document handling.<br>• Organizational skills to maintain a systematic approach to tasks.<br>• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.<br>• Basic computer literacy to manage scanned files and digital records.<br>• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
