Property Administrator
<p>We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator on contract basis in North York, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in managing administrative tasks related to commercial property operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone familiar with property management systems and processes to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage incoming calls and correspondence related to property operations.</p><p>• Create and process purchase orders for property-related expenses.</p><p>• Perform data updates and minor adjustments within the Yardi property management system.</p><p>• Assist with tenant inquiries and maintain positive tenant relationships.</p><p>• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.</p><p>• Track and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.</p><p>• Support the preparation of property-related documentation, including leases and renewals.</p><p>• Maintain organized records and files for property operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with the regional manager to address any operational challenges.</p><p>• Provide general administrative support to the property management team as needed.</p>
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage spreadsheets effectively.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Basic knowledge of the Yardi property management system.<br>• Previous experience in commercial property management is an asset.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and vendor interactions.<br>• Familiarity with accounting systems and invoice management.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
