Executive Assistant
<p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. This is a critical role that serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping ensure the smooth operation of governance activities, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day executive functions.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and excels at managing competing priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Executive Support</p><ul><li>Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.</li><li>Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and executive communications.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.</li><li>Coordinate all Board of Directors and committee meetings.</li><li>Prepare agendas, board packages, meeting materials, and presentations.</li><li>Attend meetings and record accurate minutes and action items.</li><li>Maintain governance records, policies, bylaws, and official documentation.</li><li>Support board member onboarding and ongoing communication.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the CEO, Board members, senior leaders, external stakeholders, and community partners.</li><li>Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational events.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>3+ years of experience providing administrative support</li><li>Experience supporting a Board of Directors, Board Committees, or governance functions.</li><li>Strong written communication and minute-taking abilities.</li><li>High degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion when handling confidential information.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.</li></ul><p><br></p>
