This<strong> hands-on</strong> role focuses on reorganizing accounting processes, managing payroll, ensuring compliance, and preparing the organization for a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the <strong>full accounting cycle</strong> on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.</li><li>Prepare and analyze <strong>financial statements</strong> on a historical as well as go forward basis.</li><li>Perform <strong>GL reconciliations</strong>.</li><li>Evaluate current <strong>accounting policies and procedures</strong> and recommend improvements.</li><li>Identify and implement <strong>process improvements</strong> to streamline workflows.</li><li>Develop and document efficient <strong>financial systems and SOPs</strong> (Standard Operating Procedures).</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5–10 years</strong> of financial management experience; CPA designation preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>QuickBooks</strong> and ERP systems.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a "roll up your sleeves," can-do attitude.</li><li>Experience in <strong>non-profits</strong>, charities, foundations, or fund accounting is a strong asset.</li><li><strong>Advanced Excel</strong> skills and expertise in financial reporting.</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and drive positive change in a dynamic environment. <strong>Apply today!</strong></p>
