You’ll also enjoy a culture that values your growth while respecting your time outside of the office.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Build and prepare financial statements and reports to support financial management and decision making.</li><li>Ensure accurate allocation of costs through careful analysis.</li><li>Respond to third party (banks, auditor, tax, insurance, benefits providers) inquiries as needed.</li><li>Analyze financial performance and KPIs, providing clear and insightful variance explanations.</li><li>Handle a variety of accounting tasks and complex transactions that keep things running smoothly.</li><li>Support and collaborate with team members, offering leadership when needed.</li><li>Jump in on special projects and provide coverage during peak periods, gaining exposure to new areas of finance.</li></ul>
