<p>Our client is looking for an experienced <strong>Recruiter</strong> to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring leaders to attract talent, streamline hiring processes, and deliver a positive candidate experience across a variety of roles. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a high-volume recruitment environment with strong relationship-building and sourcing skills.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.</li><li>Source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and talent mapping.</li><li>Screen applicants and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.</li><li>Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers and HR to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives.</li><li>Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.</li><li>Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to recruitment process improvements and modernization efforts. </li></ul>
