Product Manager
<p><strong>Product Marketing Lead</strong></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features and product enhancements across both prospective and existing customers. This role sits at the intersection of product and customer marketing, translating complex software capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that drive adoption and engagement.</p><p>This is a high-impact position within a small, collaborative marketing team where versatility and hands-on execution are key.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own and execute the full go-to-market strategy for new product features and enhancements, from positioning and messaging through to launch planning and channel execution.</li><li>Translate technical product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven messaging that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Develop a range of go-to-market assets including email campaigns, social content, landing pages, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.</li><li>Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather frontline insights and provide tools to support feature adoption and customer conversations.</li><li>Lead customer marketing initiatives, including lifecycle communications, newsletters, and webinars to drive engagement and retention.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities and messaging.</li><li>Build and maintain positioning frameworks, competitive insights, and go-to-market best practices.</li><li>Track and analyze campaign and launch performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Support broader digital marketing initiatives by contributing product marketing inputs and campaign assets.</li><li>Contribute to the overall success of the marketing team by supporting a variety of initiatives as needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on product marketing, customer marketing, and go-to-market execution.</li><li>Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver end-to-end results.</li><li>Strong written communication and copywriting skills.</li><li>Experience working with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for basic asset creation and collaboration with designers.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar).</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.</li></ul><p><br></p>
