HR Coordinator
<p>Our client is looking for a detail-oriented<strong> HR Coordinator</strong> to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports<strong> </strong>recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring efficient hiring processes and a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in recruitment coordination, administrative support, and stakeholder communication.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for skilled trades and production roles.</li><li>Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.</li><li>Support interviews, candidate communication, and offer preparation.</li><li>Complete pre-employment checks, including references, identity, and certification verification.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide HR administrative support.</li><li>Assist with HRIS updates and recruitment/payroll-related processes as needed.</li></ul>
