IT Project Coordinator
<p>Our client is looking for a proactive <strong>IT Project Coordinator</strong> to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports project delivery by coordinating schedules, communications, reporting, documentation, and key activities across business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in keeping projects on track, supporting governance, and preparing teams for key milestones.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables to support timely project execution.</li><li>Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, records, repositories, and version control.</li><li>Coordinate communication and activities across business teams, IT stakeholders, vendors, and project partners.</li><li>Support project governance by preparing status updates, dashboards, reports, and escalating risks or issues.</li><li>Assist with change management, training coordination, communications, and user readiness activities.</li><li>Support data migration, defect tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness.</li><li>Track project and contractual deliverables to ensure documentation is complete, organized, and accessible.</li></ul>
