<p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p><p>Our ideal candidate should bring the following blend of technical knowledge, experience, and interpersonal skills:</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 5 years in a Microsoft 365 administration and licensing role, with strong expertise in technical support for computer systems and Office applications</p><p><strong>Core Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience with Windows environments (Windows 7–11, Windows Server) and Office applications</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of PC deployment, server administration, and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Windows Backup)</li><li>Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN), hardware, storage (NAS, SAN, RAID), and endpoint security</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence</li><li>Industry exposure (finance, technology, healthcare) considered an asset</li></ul><p>If you’re looking for a role where you can combine strong technical expertise with client-facing impact in a growing environment, this is your opportunity and we want to hear from you.
