Scheduling Coordinator
<p>Our client is looking for a detail-oriented <strong>Scheduling Coordinator</strong> to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. They are comfortable coordinating schedules across multiple time zones, exercising sound judgment, and providing respectful, client-focused support.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Schedule and confirm client counselling appointments within required timelines.</li><li>Match clients with available counsellors across schedules and time zones.</li><li>Communicate with clients by phone to arrange appointments and answer scheduling inquiries.</li><li>Follow up on missed or cancelled appointments and assist with rebooking.</li><li>Maintain accurate scheduling records using internal systems and virtual meeting tools.</li><li>Handle confidential personal and financial information with discretion.</li><li>Collaborate with counsellors and team members to minimize scheduling conflicts.</li><li>Prioritize urgent booking needs to support timely completion of required sessions.</li></ul>
