Receptionist
<p>Our client is looking for a <strong>Receptionist </strong>to support front desk operations on a contract basis in <strong>Calgary</strong>, Alberta. This role is ideal for someone who creates a welcoming first impression, communicates clearly with visitors, and maintains a consistent and professional front-of-house presence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Greet guests upon arrival and act as the first point of contact for the office.</p><p>• Manage visitor check-in using the on-site system and issue badges accurately.</p><p>• Maintain a consistent reception presence during scheduled hours.</p><p>• Direct visitors appropriately and respond to in-person inquiries professionally.</p><p>• Monitor the reception area and provide appropriate signage when temporarily away.</p><p>• Support onboarding by learning daily front desk procedures from the current receptionist.</p><p>• Keep the reception area organized and presentable for staff and visitors.</p>
