<p>Our client is looking for a detail-oriented <strong>Receptionist</strong> to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the office by managing front-desk activities, handling inquiries, and maintaining confidential records. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and client-focused, with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet visitors, manage front-desk inquiries, and notify employees of guest arrivals.</li><li>Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system.</li><li>Provide professional support to clients and creditors, ensuring inquiries are routed appropriately.</li><li>Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential client and creditor records.</li><li>Monitor and respond to shared inbox communications in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinate courier shipments and office supply orders.</li><li>Enter and update information in internal systems to maintain accurate records.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and appointment coordination.</li></ul>
