Payroll Administrator
<p>Our client, a growing engineering organization in Calgary, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll and benefits across multiple provinces. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage payroll accurately in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Maintain employee payroll records (hires, terminations, changes)</li><li>Review timesheets, earnings, deductions, and exceptions</li><li>Administer statutory deductions, remittances, and ROEs</li><li>Coordinate benefits enrolments, updates, and communications</li><li>Reconcile benefits billing and payroll accounts; assist with month-end entries</li><li>Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Support onboarding/offboarding payroll activities and timekeeping</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and maintain audit-ready records</li></ul><p><br></p>
