<p>On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations Functional Analyst to support a major implementation approaching its January go-live. This is a hands-on contract opportunity focused on final-stage configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch hypercare.</p><p><br></p><p>The organization is initially bringing three Canadian entities live, including two smaller companies and one larger, more complex entity. The successful consultant will work closely with internal finance leaders, the implementation partner, and other functional resources to help ensure a smooth and successful launch. Additional international rollouts are expected to follow.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide hands-on functional support throughout the final implementation and go-live stages</li><li>Support D365 F&amp;O configuration, testing, issue resolution, and business readiness</li><li>Work directly with controllers and business stakeholders to validate requirements and processes</li><li>Support core finance modules, including general ledger and multi-entity financial operations</li><li>Contribute expertise across finance, supply chain, projects, or asset management, depending on background</li><li>Assist with data validation, cutover activities, and go-live preparation</li><li>Troubleshoot functional issues during deployment and post-launch hypercare</li><li>Collaborate with technical, functional, and offshore implementation resources</li><li>Document solutions, decisions, and outstanding issues</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3–5+ years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O</li><li>Previous hands-on D365 F&amp;O implementation and go-live experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of core finance modules and financial business processes</li><li>Project-related module or implementation experience is required</li><li>Asset Management module experience is considered a strong asset</li><li>Experience supporting multi-company or multi-entity implementations</li><li>Ability to work directly with finance leaders and translate business needs into functional solutions</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, deadline-driven implementation</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p><strong>Contract Details</strong></p><ul><li>Remote within British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba or Quebec.</li><li>Working hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mountain Time</li><li>Contract through approximately mid-February 2027</li><li>January go-live followed by post-launch hypercare</li></ul><p><br></p>
