Human Resources (HR) Administrator
<p>Our client is looking for an organized <strong>Human Resources (HR) Administrator</strong> to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports day-to-day HR operations and contributes to a positive and productive workplace. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including postings, applications, interviews, offers, and candidate communication.</li><li>Coordinate the annual performance review process, including timelines, documentation, tracking, and follow-up.</li><li>Liaise with Partners and Senior Associates to coordinate review schedules and performance management activities.</li><li>Provide administrative support for compensation discussions related to performance evaluations.</li><li>Attend performance-related meetings, take notes, and distribute minutes as required.</li><li>Coordinate submissions, certifications, and organizational programs supporting strategic and workplace initiatives.</li><li>Support HR projects and daily administration, including onboarding, scheduling, and other assigned activities.</li></ul>
