<p>We are seeking a <strong>Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / BI Analyst </strong>to lead the design and development of scalable reporting solutions for a growing <strong>Salesforce Experience Cloud environment</strong>. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and build standardized dashboards and reports that improve decision-making across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Today, reporting requests are largely ad hoc, with new reports being created for individual campaigns as business needs arise. The objective of this role is to transform that process by developing a centralized reporting framework and reusable report library that enables users to leverage standardized dashboards and reports wherever possible, reducing duplication while improving consistency and efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>This contract role has an initial term of 3-months and will ideally work on-site in Calgary, AB. However, remote work would be considered for the ideal applicant. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements.</li><li>Translate business questions into intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and reports.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud.</li><li>Develop Power BI dashboards and reports where appropriate, integrating data from Salesforce and other business systems.</li><li>Create reusable reporting templates and standardized dashboards that can support future campaigns without requiring new development.</li><li>Build and maintain a centralized reporting library that enables business users to self-serve common reporting needs.</li><li>Analyze existing reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate, consolidate, and improve efficiency.</li><li>Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to source, validate, and model data for reporting.</li><li>Provide ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of existing reports and dashboards.</li><li>Document reporting logic, data definitions, and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting.</li><li>Hands-on experience working with Salesforce, ideally including Salesforce Experience Cloud reporting.</li><li>Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.</li><li>Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and reporting best practices.</li><li>Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.</li><li>Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data.</li><li>Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating reporting across platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce APIs or data integrations.</li><li>Knowledge of DAX and Power Query.</li><li>Experience designing self-service BI environments.</li><li>Experience standardizing enterprise reporting frameworks or KPI libraries.</li><li>Exposure to campaign performance reporting, sales analytics, or customer engagement metrics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
