<p>Our client in Calgary is looking for an experienced <strong>Accounts Payable Clerk</strong> to support their accounting team on a part-time contract basis. This role is perfect for someone with strong AP experience who’s comfortable handling high volumes and working independently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Enter pre-coded AP invoices from a shared inbox</li><li>Support bi-weekly payment processing, with a move toward EFTs</li><li>Process employee expense reports and ensure timely submission</li><li>Coordinate with payroll for expense payments</li><li>Recode entries when needed, referencing previous invoices</li><li>Ad-hoc duties as requested</li></ul>
