This role involves full-cycle A/P duties in a multi-entity environment and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review vendor statements and invoices; ensure timely and accurate processing</li><li>Perform 3-way PO matching and verify approvals and coding</li><li>Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues</li><li>Reconcile accounts and maintain organized financial records</li><li>Manage shared A/P inbox and follow company procedures</li><li>Ad-hoc duties as requested</li></ul>
