This role focuses on grant-related expense submissions, ensuring compliance with funding and audit requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and submit grant expense documentation across multiple grants</li><li>Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, budgets, and audit standards</li><li>Collect and reconcile financial data using QuickBooks Online and Excel</li><li>Manage intercompany and cross-border transactions</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and grant administrators</li><li>Generate financial reports and meet submission deadlines with minimal supervision</li></ul><p><br></p>
