This in-office role offers an excellent opportunity to play an instrumental part in guiding financial strategy and ensuring the highest standards of reporting and compliance.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation</li><li>Oversee internal controls and ensure adherence to established policies, regulatory standards, and best practices</li><li>Manage cash flow, capital planning, and financing activities, providing key insights and recommendations to the executive team</li><li>Present financial results and strategic analysis to senior management and the board</li><li>Mentor and lead accounting and finance staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability</li><li>Implement financial system and process improvements to support business growth</li><li>Support strategic decision-making on mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments</li></ul>
