<p>Robert Half is recruiting a Controller for a respected client seeking a proven leader to oversee all aspects of accounting operations and financial reporting. This role plays a central part in safeguarding assets, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, and supporting organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close</li><li>Develop and maintain accounting controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk</li><li>Prepare financial statements, regulatory filings, and management reports</li><li>Lead payroll processing and coordinate with HR as needed</li><li>Supervise accounting staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements</li><li>Coordinate and liaise with auditors, external partners, and lenders</li><li>Manage payroll, tax filings, and other statutory requirements for real estate projects and entities</li><li>Oversee financial aspects of property management</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership to support ongoing business strategies and investment opportunities</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul>
