This role is geared toward individuals passionate about mission-driven work and organizational impact.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger</li><li>Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and nonprofit reporting standards</li><li>Develop, monitor, and maintain internal controls for all financial activities</li><li>Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities, collaborating with various departments</li><li>Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors</li><li>Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Supervise and mentor accounting staff</li><li>Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning</li></ul><p><br></p>
