<p><strong>Interim Payroll Manager </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Our client, a private equity-backed global manufacturer is seeking an Interim Payroll Manager / Consultant to step in immediately for a 3–6-month contract.</p><p>This is a standalone, highly hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the Director. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><p>·      Strong hands-on ADP payroll experience</p><ul><li>ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred</li><li>Complex <strong>Canadian union payroll</strong> experience required (all provinces)</li><li>Recent full-cycle payroll processing experience</li><li>Experience with hourly, shift-based, overtime-heavy payroll</li><li>Ability to work independently in a standalone payroll role</li></ul><p><strong>Strongly Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Manufacturing / 24/7 / blue-collar environment</li><li>ADP WFN implementation, conversion, or parallel payroll run experience</li><li>Multi-entity / multi-pay-frequency payroll</li><li>U.S. payroll exposure</li></ul><p><strong>Payroll Environment</strong></p><ul><li>600 employees (including acquisitions)</li><li>4 legal entities / multiple payrolls</li><li>Weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payrolls</li><li>Canada + U.S.</li><li>Complex salaried and hourly payroll populations</li><li>Automated time clocks and supervisor approvals</li><li>Automated GL integration into Epicor</li><li>Benefits, pension, 401(k), reconciliations, reporting, and audits included</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>·     5+ years of recent, hands-on full-cycle payroll experience.</p><p>·     Strong ADP payroll experience required; ADP Workforce Now a must.</p><p>·     Proven experience processing complex Canadian union payroll across multiple provinces.</p><p>·     Experience with hourly, shift-based, and overtime-heavy payroll environments.</p><p>·     Ability to independently manage payroll in a standalone role with minimal supervision.</p><p>·     Experience supporting multiple legal entities and multiple pay frequencies, including weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payrolls.</p><p>·     Exposure to benefits, pension, 401(k), reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.</p><p>·     ADP Workforce Now implementation, conversion, or parallel payroll run experience strongly preferred.</p><p>·     U.S. payroll exposure considered an asset.</p>
