93% of professionals think goal setting is important to their work performance.

Most professionals set work-related goals and check progress of their goals weekly.

Workers were asked, “How often do you set work-related performance goals, and how often do you check your progress?”

60% of men discuss their progress toward performance goals with their manager at least monthly, compared to 40% of women.
