As part of a reverse takeover, a boutique finance business had acquired a much larger organisation. The smaller entity did not have adequate systems, procedures, processes and manpower to manage and resource an acquisition of this scale. The client required an experienced Program Manager who could assess the business’ needs from an IT and operational perspective.
