The position requires a strong leader who can manage complex accounting processes, ensure compliance, and provide critical financial insights to senior management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and manage a team of project controllers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.<br>• Oversee the general ledger for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.<br>• Direct monthly close cycles and prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.<br>• Manage fixed asset accounting processes and impairment assessments.<br>• Coordinate internal and external audit support and ensure audits are completed efficiently.<br>• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures for the upstream business.<br>• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior management.<br>• Ensure adherence to controls related to financial reporting and fixed assets.<br>• Monitor technical accounting issues and implement solutions as needed.
