<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis for several months. This role is ideal for someone who excels at financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will play a critical part in supporting budgeting cycles, monthly reporting, and delivering actionable insights to drive operational efficiency in a high-volume environment. This role will work onsite Monday-Thursday and remotely on Friday.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage monthly forecast updates, including combining actual results with projections for upcoming months.</p><p>• Build and maintain comprehensive budget and compensation models from scratch.</p><p>• Lead efforts in creating the fiscal year budget and refining forecasting cycles.</p><p>• Conduct variance analyses comparing monthly actuals to budget and forecast, offering clear and actionable insights.</p><p>• Develop accurate financial models using operational data exports to support decision-making processes.</p><p>• Utilize data tools such as Cube and advanced Excel formulas to produce detailed analyses and reports.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Tech, and G&A to enhance visibility into performance metrics.</p><p>• Prepare high-quality reports and analyses for leadership, private equity sponsors, and board presentations.</p><p>• Contribute to monthly operations reviews by providing insights into financial and operational performance.</p><p>• Handle ad hoc financial analyses and urgent initiatives, delivering materials that are presentation-ready for stakeholders.</p>
