We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis for several months. This role is ideal for someone who excels at financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will play a critical part in supporting budgeting cycles, monthly reporting, and delivering actionable insights to drive operational efficiency in a high-volume environment. This role will work onsite Monday-Thursday and remotely on Friday. Responsibilities:• Manage monthly forecast updates, including combining actual results with projections for upcoming months.• Build and maintain comprehensive budget and compensation models from scratch.• Lead efforts in creating the fiscal year budget and refining forecasting cycles.• Conduct variance analyses comparing monthly actuals to budget and forecast, offering clear and actionable insights.• Develop accurate financial models using operational data exports to support decision-making processes.• Utilize data tools such as Cube and advanced Excel formulas to produce detailed analyses and reports.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Tech, and G&A to enhance visibility into performance metrics.• Prepare high-quality reports and analyses for leadership, private equity sponsors, and board presentations.• Contribute to monthly operations reviews by providing insights into financial and operational performance.• Handle ad hoc financial analyses and urgent initiatives, delivering materials that are presentation-ready for stakeholders.
