<p>Legal Administrator/HR Director </p><p><br></p><p>Our client, the Denver office of a large Law Firm is looking for a 10 plus years legal office/HR manager to manage the office. In this role, the legal HR Director will partner with the office leadership to oversee the daily operations of their offices. In addition, the Legal Office manager will foster positive relationships with attorneys and staff, while supervising, recruiting, and hiring support staff, as well as assisting with attorney recruiting, benefits administration, financial management, and office operations. As the Director of Legal Administration, you will direct the development of best practices for staffing models, manage legal support services, engage in recruiting, orientation, training, development, workflow, employee performance management, and problem resolution. The Legal Office manager will work with other administrative managers to establish expense budgets for assigned offices, support the operations, and facilities services, to ensure the smooth running of the office.
