Build relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to understand their hiring needs.</li><li><strong>Job Order Fulfillment:</strong> Develop detailed job descriptions with clients and propose recruitment strategies to fill their open roles quickly and efficiently.</li><li><strong>Account Management:</strong> Serve as a trusted advisor to your client portfolio, helping them solve workforce challenges with Robert Half’s IT staffing solutions </li></ul><p><br></p>
