The ideal candidate will have expertise in Citrix, cloud platforms, and server management, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, deploy, and maintain systems infrastructure, ensuring high performance and scalability.<br>• Manage Citrix technologies to optimize virtual desktop environments and application delivery.<br>• Implement and support cloud-based solutions, including AWS technologies, to enhance organizational efficiency.<br>• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.<br>• Perform comprehensive root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.<br>• Maintain and upgrade Windows Server environments, specifically Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver tailored solutions.<br>• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure reliability.<br>• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.<br>• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
