As the company grows this role will evolve to CFO for the right person. This is a unique role as the role has less core accounting responsibilities and more FP&A, acquisition analysis and implementing process improvements. The organization has the financial backing for more acquisitions and is actively seeking them. Responsibilities include oversight of staff responsible for AR, AP, Payroll, month end close and financial reporting. Core responsibilities include budget preparation and analysis, analysis of potential acquisitions, quarterly internal reporting, assessing and implementing improvements to accounting policies, procedures and internal controls and responsible for developing ways to utilize the company ERP system and AI. The company also wants someone who will provide strategic advice and can help them grow. Minimum requirements include a BS in Accounting, strong month end close experience including generally ledger reconciliation and monthly GAAP reporting, commercial or multi-family real estate experience, experience providing strategic advice, experience assessing and implementing improvements to accounting policies, internal controls, willingness to expand utilization of their ERP system and strong analysis experience. Base salary range of $125,000 - $170,000 plus bonus will depend on experience. We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee daily technology operations and provide hands-on leadership for infrastructure, systems, and end-user support in Massachusetts. The role will focus on strengthening core network and systems performance, supporting business continuity, and guiding configuration standards across the organization. Responsibilities: • Lead the administration and ongoing improvement of the IT environment, including directory services, network infrastructure, and hardware assets. • Manage user access, group policies, and security permissions within Active Directory to support operational efficiency and compliance. • Oversee backup processes, recovery readiness, and data protection practices to help ensure business continuity. • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco-based networking equipment, connectivity issues, and related infrastructure performance. • Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, servers, and other computer hardware. • Establish and maintain configuration management practices to promote consistency, documentation, and system reliability. • Provide technical guidance to users and internal stakeholders while resolving escalated infrastructure and systems issues. • Monitor the health of critical systems and recommend improvements that enhance stability, security, and overall IT service delivery.
