You must have Technical enough skills to UPSKILL a Technical Team, and address the technical gaps.  </p><p>• Smaller IT Org, 10 Direct Reports, 10 – 15 people in IT with a larger company.  </p><p>• Prior Infrastructure experience – Current Technical skills with VMware, server support / Windows, M365, and Storage. </p><p>• Any Application Development knowledge, 3rd party Vendor software package is a Plus such as Salesforce</p><p>• General understanding of Server and Network performance and troubleshooting; Windows Server, Active Directory &amp; MS Exchange Server, VOIP, Citrix &amp; HyperVisor technology, Networking, and Cloud based technology.
