We are looking for a proactive Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support the firm’s visibility, client outreach, and growth initiatives in Washington, District of Columbia. This role blends digital marketing, content development, event promotion, and business development support, working closely with attorneys and firm leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple marketing priorities while maintaining a detail-oriented and effective presence.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee ongoing updates to the firm’s website by collaborating with attorneys and internal stakeholders to develop accurate, engaging content.<br>• Manage the firm’s social media channels, coordinate contributions from attorneys, and help maintain a consistent online brand presence.<br>• Track web traffic and digital engagement metrics, prepare monthly performance summaries, and recommend ways to strengthen online visibility.<br>• Create, revise, and maintain marketing collateral for the firm, individual attorneys, and practice areas to ensure materials remain current and effective.<br>• Support the drafting and distribution of client alerts, firm announcements, and news related to case results, publications, speaking engagements, and new attorney arrivals.<br>• Coordinate promotional efforts for receptions, webinars, and speaking events, partnering with attorneys to increase awareness and attendance.<br>• Assist with submissions for legal directories, rankings, and related recognition programs by gathering information and preparing application materials.<br>• Contribute to the development of pitch documents and other business development resources used in client pursuit efforts.<br>• Serve as a point of contact with the firm’s external marketing consultant and help advance broader marketing and growth strategies set by firm leadership.
<p>We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team onsite, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of solid event planning experience and a strong background managing events from concept through execution.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinate the full scope of events, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, communication, scheduling, and issue resolution</li><li>Support budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation</li><li>Oversee event timelines, deliverables, and onsite operations to ensure successful execution</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to align event goals and expectations</li></ul><p><br></p>
