THIS ROLE IS IN THE OFFICE THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME.</p><p><br></p><p>Robert Half has partnered with a well-respected client in the Baltimore area to hire a Risk Manager for their growing team! They are looking to add a Risk Manager to help them effectively manage and mitigate risks across their enterprise. As the Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the enterprise-wide risk management framework to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks that could impact the achievement of the organization's objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the company's global risk management capabilities, providing business continuity, and fostering a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement an enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's strategic objectives and risk appetite.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all areas of the business to identify and prioritize risks, including but not limited to operational, financial, strategic, compliance, and reputational risks.</li><li>Collaborate with business units and functional departments to facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities, ensuring that risks are adequately understood and managed at the appropriate level.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate key risk indicators (KRIs) and control effectiveness to proactively identify emerging risks and areas for improvement.</li><li>Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders to address identified risks and vulnerabilities.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to business units on risk management best practices, including training and awareness initiatives.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to ensure that the organization's risk management practices remain current and effective.</li><li>Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk management, as assigned.</li></ul><p>If you are qualified and interested, please apply immediately to Tracy.Kaszuba at RobertHalf or send your resume to Tracy Kaszuba on LinkedIn.</p>
